We assemble high quality optic cables in any requested configuration and length. More specifically, our Lab offers single-mode and multi-mode assemblies of simplex and duplex fiber optic cables with ST, SC, FC and LC type fiber connectors.

Pigtails.

The Lab offers fiber optics pigtails: single, short, usually tight-buffered, optical fibers that have optical connectors pre-installed at one end and a length of exposed fiber at the other end. These fiber optic pigtails are utilized in terminating fiber optic cables via fusion or mechanical splicing.

Adaptors.

Fiber optic adaptors, designed to connect two fiber optic cables together, are also offered by Redmax’ Assembly Lab. They come in versions to connect single fibers together (simplex), two fibers together (duplex), or sometimes four fibers together (quad). Adaptors are designed for multimode or singlemode cables.
